SPINACH SALAD w/ SALMON!

























After watching an episode of Dr. Oz, I decided to make Salmon for dinner last evening. Not just any Salmon; I'm talkin' Belly-Fat-Burnin'-Salmon seasoned with a few spices that will help slim your waist in no time!

What You'll Need:
Salmon fillets
Turmeric (dash)
Oregano (dash)

In addition to these two spices, Dr. Oz recommends adding Cinnamon, Cloves and Cayenne to each meal to help burn belly fat!

I also added some (No Sodium!) Mrs. Dash for additional taste.

I baked my fillets in the oven for 35 minutes at 375.

Once fully cooked, I shredded a few pieces and placed them onto a bed of Spinach leaves. I threw in sliced strawberries and poured a tablespoon of Ken's Honey Balsamic dressing.

An easy, delicious and nutritious meal in less than 1 hour!
