Wild Salmon Bruschetta Burgers w/ Fruit & Avocado Salsa!
Wild Salmon Burgers
Texas Toast Garlic Bread
1 small red onion
5 Strawberries (sliced)
1 cup frozen mangos & pineapples, thawed.
1 tblspn Cilantro Flakes
Bake Texas Toast according to the directions on the box.
To cook the burgers, simply follow the directions on the box. I used our George Foreman Grill to grill the Wild Salmon Burgers that I purchased from BJ's Wholesale Club; however, you can find them at your local marketplace.
As the burgers grill, slice a small red onion and sautée it in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of cilantro flakes. Stir in mangos & pineapples. Sautée for approximately 3 minutes. Set aside in a bowl.
Slice and dice strawberries and avocado, add to the sautéed mixture.
On a bed of Kale and Spinach, add a slice of Texas Toast/Bruschetta, layer it with a Salmon Burger and top it with a spoonful of salsa.
